12. Termination

Upon termination for any reason, the following provisions of this Agreement shall survive: Sections 7 (Prohibited Conduct), 9 (Intellectual Property), 10 (Privacy & Data Protection), 11 (Limitation of Liability), and 13 (Governing Law).

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the jjl77 platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting jjl77's support team at [email protected]. jjl77 undertakes to respond to formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days.

If informal resolution is unsuccessful within thirty (30) days of the initial dispute notification, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate dispute resolution mechanisms available under Philippine law. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved informally or through applicable administrative mechanisms.

14. Amendments to These Terms

jjl77 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Amendments will take effect upon publication on jjl77.net.
